By creating an Ordrate account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice effective next cycle. You authorize Ordrate and its processors to charge your payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
You must not violate laws or third-party rights; sell prohibited/regulated items without approvals; transmit malware/spam; scrape abusively; infringe IP/privacy; attempt to bypass security; or misuse APIs. Fair-use limits and rate limits may apply.
You own your content and customer data. You grant Ordrate a limited license to host/process it to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Services. You are responsible for your products, pricing, taxes, fulfillment, refunds, and legal compliance.
Features may rely on providers like payment gateways, messaging (e.g., WhatsApp forwarding), CDN, and analytics. Their terms apply; availability and behavior are outside our control and may change.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and emergencies may occur. Support channels/targets depend on your plan.
The platform, software, and UI are owned by Ordrate and its licensors. Except for rights granted here, all rights are reserved. Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordrate’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 2 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.
You will defend and indemnify Ordrate against claims arising from your store, content, products, or violation of these Terms or law.
We may suspend immediately for violations, security risks, or invoices over 7 days overdue. Either party may terminate for convenience at period-end or for uncured material breach after 10 days’ notice. Exports are available for 30 days after termination. NO REFUNDS
We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We will post the new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
